A2. Yes the staff enjoyed the training days. We have recognised that some staff will need coaching on how to complete the test at the end of the course.

A3. The staff felt that the training was well organised, structured and delivered in a way that met their expectations for the 3 days training.
Q4. Has there been any noticeable differences in your staff following attendance on the training programme?
A4. Staff have been encouraged to put in place practices that they have learnt into every day routine. Staff are also encouraged to reflect on how practice can be improved based on what is learnt during the course.

A5. Yes, all new staff will complete this training in the future.

A7. Although I have not met the trainer personally myself, I have had dealings with Karen many times and find her to be professional and willing to help where she can
